Nominations are now open for awards honoring small business owners in Hawaii, the U.S. Small Business Administration Pacific Islands District Office announced.
Hawaii District Office Small Business Week categories include:
• Small Business Person of the Year (National and District).
• Family-Owned Small Business of the Year.
• Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
• Veteran Small Business Champion or Business of the Year.
• Women in Business Champion or Business of the Year.
“Going into our third decade of recognizing outstanding small businesses in the Hawaii District, our leadership looks forward to receiving nominations of exceptional businesses from throughout the diverse communities we serve,” District Director Mark Spain said in a news release.
The Hawaii District Office must receive all nominations by electronic submission only to the district’s Box account no later than 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Dec. 8.
